At Aluma Steel, we’re dedicated to ensure that all of our clients are happy with the products that they purchase from us. We hope you are happy with the product you’ve received. But in case you aren’t we’ll exchange the product or issue you a quick refund.
Returns and exchanges can be done by using our prepaid return shipping label or by contacting us. Returns must be in original, unused condition with no defects, or signs that the item has been used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return. Merchandise should be in saleable condition, accompanied by an original receipt returned within 60 days of purchase, at which point the original method(s) of payment will be refunded.
Steps for a return
- Get your packing slip ready, and contact us. Please convey your name and order number while you contact us, along with the name of the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Prepare your package
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your packing slips
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
- Ship it by dropping off at your nearest UPS location.
Steps for an exchange
- Contact us to make an exchange. Please share the reason for your exchange and what item you would like to exchange it for. We will contact you to process your exchange within two business days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds take 5-7 business days to process after we receive your return shipment. If you have not received your refund after 7 days please contact us for an update.
